I have several established crowns of Blackberry Leopard Lilies (Belamcanda chinensis). These plants do very well and are very colorful. But I have noticed over the past few years that the flowers are actually getting smaller. They are half the size when they were first established about 8-10 years ago. I do not fertilize them. What is the problem with the flower size becoming smaller and smaller. Thanks.

Probably if you divide and replant - and perhaps fertilize them as well - their vigor will increase, resulting in bigger flowers.

Ron; Thank you for the reply. I will try this in the fall after they have completed their blooming/seeding. Cheers
