Looking for the name of this tree that is growing in Vancouver on the Brewery Lands in Kits. Tree is approximately 25 tall, upright columnar form. Thanks in advance!

I would say that is a Robinia pseudoacacia'Fastigiata /Pyramidalis' - Columnar Black Locust. So it is a cultivar of R. pseudoacacia that is much narrower in its form, has sparse flowers and is essentially prickle-less.. I live in Kits so I can bike by and check out to be sure.

Thanks Tony. The trees are located just West of Arbutus between 10th and 11th along the road that goes into the high-rise. General Paint is the marker location along Arbutus Street. Thanks again for the ID!
