I’ve been trying to grow the oleander from a clipping. When the clipping put roots, I planted it, and it’s been growing new leaves. But the leaves are not solid green, but with yellow speckles. Is this a disease or a deficiency or insects?

It's quite easy to propagate Oleander from clippings. Place it in the sunny location and lightly water the soil ... Hope the leaves get solid green again ... not seems a disease
