Hey All, I took a cutting from what I thought was a pretty light pink flowering shrub (very small flowers) in a wooded area near my child's school one spring about ten years ago and it has since grown into a bushy shrub in my yard.
The berries are red and this year I noticed they seem to be double berries, strangely, one big one and one small one. It's deciduous, and when I tasted a berry, it was terrible, quite bitter. The bark is light beige in colour and quite 'wrinkly'.
I assumed at the time I took the cutting that this was a native shrub but I'm not so sure since I can't seem to find anything like it online.
I took these pics in July this year.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Forehead slap...duh!!
LOL the 'pretty pink flowers', now that I see the honeysuckle reference, look suspiciously like honeysuckle. I'm losing my touch haha.
Thank you very much, I think, with your help, I have found the variety online.
    Thanks again!
