    Hi JT1,

I saw your Japanese maple garden photos, outstanding selection. I am trying as much as I can to plan for the future, how do you deal with space planning? Do you replace some of your maples? do you reduce the lawn area?

    Thank you,
    Wilson

I have searched everywhere in Ontario for a larger i.e. 5 gallon OFS and the biggest I could find was 1 gallon. I have reserved 2.

This year I bought out Del Louck's collection which gave me some 30 new cultivars. A couple special trees out of the group are a 40 Year old Hupp's Dwarf which is about 4' tall. There is a 14' tall Pixie that is just crazy in size. There is a near original graft of Lemon Lime Lace which was a show stopper at the Seattle Flower and Garden show. All totaled I got abot 200 trees from Del.
I did get a Acer sieboldianum 'Kumoi nishiki' from Buchholz which is about 5' tall. I have a good 10 or so new cultivars from Buchholz including a monsterious ?? Japanese Princess (4" tall).
