    Sansevieria trifasciata, maybe cv. 'Hahnii.'

    It is Sansevieria trifasiata hahni. It can go on without repotting for years. Propagation is by dividing clumps or leaf cuttings. It can be placed in full sun to lowest light. Do not overwater because they might rot. Err on the side of under watering.
