ID Yellow Flower and Shrub

    Hello.
    Once again i am going to need your help with this two plants.
    I kindly ask once more the infinite knowledge of the members in this forum:

    The first one i caught near a car park, i think it was some kind of invasive because it was all over the place.

    The other one looks like a shrub, with small variegated leaves, i bought it last year and it was in a pot on a north facing balcony, the plant lost all the leaves, exposition: shade all day.

    The first two pics are of a nasturtium, Tropaeolum majus. It's a weed, yes, but it's also edible - the flowers are a nice, spicy addition to salads and stirfries, and the seedpods are very good pickled. The leaves are also quite nice in stirfries.

    I'm not sure about the other plant, though.

    Well after a couple of hours searching in sites and typing some key words on google i found the name of the second plant: Coprosma Kirkii
