Can you help identify this shrub with weeping branches, tiny fruit (1/2 inch) that has tomato-like seeds and pulp and smells slightly peppery, purple blossoms.
I know this, I plant it. It is a Chinese herb, can buy the dry fruits from any Chinese herbal shops. They can be eaten as it is from the pack, sweet and tasty. Chinese herbs, considered good for maintaining good eye sight. Used for cooking chicken with other chinese herbs. In Chinese, it is called gouchizhi. The plant can be purchased from some flower nursery, they call it goji berry.
