I recently replaced the soil for my dying Calamondin tree.(I had a tropical potting soil in there before but changed it to a miracle grow orchid mix and added coconut husk mulch) It's not very big and in a pot. I did not change the pot. It perked up a little bit and started to sprout new leaves and blooms, but then its stopped and the blooms and leaves haven't grown any bigger. They are now dying-what's wrong? Do I need a bigger pot? It desn't get a whole lot of sun any more either since someone built a nice large house right infront of my only good sunny window....I don't water alot, maybe 1/2 cup water once a week more or less

I'm really worried about over watering, like some others have warned me about. I also now have fungus gnats that I am trying to get rid of.
