Hey so I just went to the philadelphia flower show friday, got this awesome plant sold as a bonsai. I was wondering, if it is in a bonsai container now, and the plant is about 4 to 4.5 inches tall and flowering, can I put it in a regular pot and it will grow full size? I love the look of the plant.
Oh and does anyone want me to post pics of the show?

Yes, please---but first give us a photo of your Ledebouria. Bonsai? Was unaware that this plant could be bonsai-ed. ---Also, photo will help us give you good advice.

I like Ledebouria a lot, too. I have a passion for variegated foliage, and those leopard spots do something for me. Mine is currently blooming.

Would like to see both your plant and the flower show!

    Very nice!
Yes, if you put your plant in a larger pot it will increase its size. I am assuming that yours is not some new miniature variety!

When I got my Ledebouria a couple of years ago it was a spindly bedraggled thing: it now fills an 8" pot and has 4 flower stalks. Really took off when I put it in brighter light.

    And what a good-looking sundew!
