Has anyone tried to intentionally grow Laetiporus sulphureus - Chicken of the woods? They pop up here in socal with warm weather and rain, my parents cook them up, I always thought there has to be a way to grow your own.

I sort of expected Fungi Perfecti to sell plugs for chicken of the woods but it doesn't look like they do. A quick internet search brought up these guys who sell innoculated plugs. I've never tried them so I dunno how well they work.
