Hi all, I recently went to Myanmar and took pictures of some of the plants I saw that I didn't recognize. Hope you can help! Here's the first batch.
#3 looks very much like Urena lobata which usually looks pretty much like this to me, but has variable leaves. It is in Malvaceae, as Togata suggested with "hibiscus-y." What threw me was I thought it was a native to my subtropical area of North America, but it appears to be introduced throughout the subtropics and tropics. I don't know the origin. Used for food, medicine, and cordage or fiber. (I've only played with the fibers while camping.) I like seeing the 2 meter tall herbs dotting wetland expanses with a faint mist of pink flowers sprinkled over the distance.
the third photo i think it belongs to hibiscus family or mallow family i hope it helps... the first two photo is Mucuna pruriens http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mucuna_pruriens
