can anybody help me ID this tree please? It is grown in Thailand but my friend and I have no idea what it is. Thank you.
I think it's a gum (Eucalyptus sp.). Ian Barclay at Desert Northwest (do a web search to find him) might be able to tell you which one.
It doesn't look like a eucalypt (gum tree). Have you ever seen it flower? There are, btw, 3 genera of 'eucalypts - Angophera, Corymbia & Eucalyptus, all belonging to the family Myrtaceae.
