I don't know the name of the bulb. Help!!

    I am new here so here goes. I bought these bulb at the PA.2010 Inter.Flower show and I have no idea what it is.I have searched the web and books nothing so maybe someone can help.
    Here is what is suppose to look like when it blooms
    come in pink , white ,yellow each bulb is a single color the first year.
    2year when the bulb spreads the new bulbs are suppose to be tri-color if grouped in the 3 colors.
    It's a perennial and winter hardy ,its great in hard to grow places (shady areas) or full sun
    COLOR AND SIZE OF BULB
    4-5" LONG -- lOOKS LIKE A CARROT
    REAL DARK IN COLOR AND HARD
    the person said it came from Ireland ? hope you can help thanks

    Could your tubers be Mirabilis Jalapa, aka 4 o'clock flowers or Marvel of Peru??
