    Hello,
I read in some online source that this type of plants are usually flowering every 10-11 years, not that I am not happy to get flowers every 2 years, but I worry if the plant is under a stress and that is the reason for a frequent flower production.
    Any suggestions are appreciated,
    Lara

double check your sources. i think it's a matter of the plant taking 10 years or so to mature enough to flower; not that it only flowers every 10 years.

Thank you for answering! It has two branches and both with flowers every two years, I cut the branches off after each flowering and new branches appearing in a few months. May be you are right and the whole plant should be at least 10 years old in order to flower. I can't find a source anymore, it was saved in old computer... but I remember they were talking about maturity of the flowering branch, not the plant. I guess it was wrong information on that site.
