I was watering today and noticed this all over the back of several leaves. Does anybody know what it is, and how to save the plant or get rid of whatever it is? Thanks in advance

Just bumping this up :) I've also noticed the same thing on the back of my Croton's leaves, starting to get a little concerned.

looks fungal. treat with a systemic fungicide...can't help with brands since some things we have here aren't available there...

Thanks Joclyn! :) Should I treat all of the plants that are close to it, or just the ones showing signs of it?

if any of the other plants that are in close proximity are susceptible to fungal issues, then, yes, treat them as well.

you may also move the plants so they aren't stacked up right on top of each other and you may want to set up a fan in the room - good air movement/circulation will usually keep issues like this to a minimum.
