Identification: plant ID

I have looked high and low at all sorts of images to ID this one house plant I have, and to no avail. So I have taken a few photos in hopes that someone can help me identify it, and I can in turn take better care of it. I think it's a succulent, but I cannot find anything like it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Looks like Plectranthus australis – Swedish ivy (not an ivy of course, that's just a common name.)
