I've posted everywhere, and I cannot get a response to what kind of tropical tree I have..
It's completely lost all it's leaves at the start of the year, I gave it some fertilizer (20-20-20) just a bit.. and it liked it, grew like a crazy weed, and leafs are all back, but now again it's starting to happen?
Should it be in direct light?? Hmm???
    Here's a few pic's :/

I'm definitely not a tree expert, but I agree with saltcedar.

Maybe, that is the closest lead I have ever got on it so far!
The pictures match up pretty much as I Google'd " [GOOGLE]Polyscias scutellaria[/GOOGLE] " funny enough that a link came up from here as well, but didn't lead to any answers that I was looking for unfortunately did my Google searches!
If anybody knows, I did have the plant in a small container but before it was in a small container (how I received it) was left in partial sun through out the day watered once maybe every 12 days.. and it lost it's leafs suddenly!
It was a twig basically in a pot..

So I trans-planted it into a bigger pot, it began to grow more branches upward, green sprouts it absolutely loved it!
I brought it to a flower shop around the corner, and they couldn't identify it, and recommended me 20-20-20, I fed it once or twice and its in the most bloom I've ever saw!

So gathering from some information it seems to me that it shouldn't be in direct sunlight (but it's Africa..it's always sunny there! lol!) So I tend to keep mine there on a desk and give it a quarter of a turn every then or so to keep the leafs all turning @ the same time, you know!

So.. the bigger the pot it goes it seems to grow bigger, the direct sunlight a go?
Should the Fertilizer should be kept, or toss it?... I think I should ease off the water schedule a bit...
If I do trans-plant it into a bigger pot what kind of soil/mix should I use for it?

Here's the post I found in my Google search!
