    Hi Folks

My mother was given this plant as a present last week and it came with no info on what it is. I only grow foliage plants so if anyone can Id it for me I would be very greatfull.

A couple of days after my mum recieved some of the flowers and leaves have started to wilt, it is very pot bound so she has given it to me to see if I can revive it. I am thinking it may be an annual plant which is now coming to the end of its life.

I want to get it ID'd so I know wheather its worth me trying to bring it back and also if it is what is the best way to look after it.

    Many Thanks

    Jakk

Thanks for that Ron, looking at the photos on google it is indeed Zantedeschia (Calla Lilly) from what I have read its quite normal for it to die down over the winter, hopefully it will come back again in the spring

    Many Thanks

We are zone 7 and are able to enjoy these planted in our garden.
They are a perennial, but depending if they are originally grown for floriculture, or as a perennial is the key to their continued (growth/bloom) success.
