Anyone able to identify this woody plant?

    This "tree" grew voluntarily in my garden in central Florida. It looks like an ornamental of some kind and has yellow flowers. The seeds are incased in this slinder pod. It looks kinda like a honey locust from up north but it's not. Please help if you can.
