I just got a plot at the community garden (I'm in Vancouver) and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me as to which veggies I could plant now for a fall harvest, or even what I could plant for--if it's even possible--a spring harvest.

    Thank you!

Lettuce, spinach, swiss chard, radishes, peas, beans, carrots, broccoli, and for next spring garlic, & onions.

I'd get something to shade the salad greens. This heat will either kill them before they get going, or cause them to bolt before they're a couple of inches tall.
