We moved and this was in the yard. I have tried for 3 years to identify it. It stands between 4 and 5 feet tall. Has thick hollow stems. Whitish flowers. I would like to know what it is and how to care for it! Please help.

Valerian stinks (like something putrid) and angelica doesn't - that would help distinguish the two
