ok......thought everything was fine but my plant used to flower constantly now starting to look not so healthy..don't know if its because I've put my ponderosa outside it's been maybe 2 to 3 weeks and have transplanted in coconut mulch and perlite about a month ago ...I'm seeing brownish around the baby lemons and new growth of what I think are leaves which are black as pictured...
can someone tell me what's going on?

What you are seeing is normal. Must lemons produce purple new growth and flower buds. Those are flower buds by the way, not new growth. They will produce small lemons that will turn green in a few weeks.
