I have several small trees that were identified as mulberries. They have 2 different king of leaves and those trees with the "round" leaves are showing small dark spots and deformities on new leaves. Any idea what is this and how to treat it?

The one with the bacterial leaf spot(?) isn't a mulberry.

It's a weeping mulberry. I have one in my yard. Its seems to be dying from the inner branches out. In the summer it gets spots on its leaves like that.
