our sango kako,winter view

    hello all and happy hollidays,here are some pics of the sango kako that we planted in the fall,we posted several pics after we planted the tree,here are several pics after a snow storm we just had yesterday dec 20,2008,also got to dreaming about the fall and the colors that we got so here are are a few to get your juices flowing for next year,we will continue to post thru out the winter again happy holliday and a great new year to all

    You surely get plenty more snow than I do, but I do want to contribute to your post with a pic of one of my Sango kakus and the second of a 'Winter Flame' which is a dwarf section from 'Sango kaku' I believe. Both enliven the winter garden.

    Gorgeous! I live in Middleboro, MA and I have enjoyed the color in my 'Japanese Sunrise' and my 'Winterflame' as well. But I must say, I'm ready for spring now! I've had enough snow!
