Identification: Please help me identify this vine like plant.

    Pothos - Epipremnium aureum. Make sure it's in soil with good drainage, water it when it's dry, and give it a goodly amount of light, and it will love you forever. If those vines get too long, you can cut them and re-root them, or you can train them along your wall.

    Is this the same vine that is also called 'devil's ivy' or something ?

    yes, devil's ivy and pothos are the 'common' names. epipremnium aureum is the botanical (latin) name.
