i have two vines. one produced only one cluster. the cluster is the typical intense color it should be but the grapes don't taste good. however, the other vine produced more than two dozen clusters. these clusters smell and taste wonderful but are STILL green. they will not get sun again this year. how long should i wait?
thank you if you can reply.

It may be that your climate is not suitable to Concord. Regions that are too cool will not allow the Concord fruit to ripen, but then also, regions that are very hot are not to its liking either. The green one is probably something like Niagara, a green fruited labrusca, so that is fine.
The best area seemingly to grow Concord is New England.
If you are in Central or Southern California, there are a number of better grapes to be grown.
