Identification: unknown mushrooms and something really gross looking

could someone please tell me what these are,I found them under a cedar tree in my yard,the orange ones keep coming back but the other thing,the gross one is new,would appreciate any help in IDing these. my e-mail is gcrosswhite1960@yahoo.com again I would appreciate the info.

 

First two pics are a species of stinkhorn in the genus Phallus.

 

How about Phallus hadriani and Omphalotus illudens?

Again thank you all very much and also thanks for the warning that the jackolatern doesnt really glow in the dark however because I am a hard headed,stubborn person I will go out tonight and look anyway!:)

I remember reading about the Jack_o_Lantern not glowing on Michael's site. Laughed my *** off. I do stuff like this too. Have you crunched WIntergreen Certs in your dark bathroom to see the sparks ?
