Aloe or Agave?

    This is growing like crazy now and depending what it is, I might just plant this in my cactus garden.

    Looks like Aloe nyeriensis.

    Aloe maculata Cv. or hybrid is more common in this area.

    It's growing all around my mailbox and has been for 3 or 4 years.
    I'm in the city however so if you're outside of town it may turn to mush
    most Winters though they return quickly in Spring.
