I have an umbella tree, I giant one, and it's leaves are falling off FAST! It's kept indoors, near a window, but not in direct sunlight. Any suggestions.

I also have a mini Umbrella plant, it seems to be doing fine.

    Thank you so very much.

A common cause of leaf loss is over-watering.

I think that is what I did, over watered it. I haven't watered in about a week now, trying to let it dry out. Is there anything I can do to help it.

    Cookie,

You can take the whole plant out and set it on a stack of newspapers which will help absorb the excess water, either indoors, or outside on a warm day in a shaded area.

Make sure the plant is not over potted and that it drains well and the pot is not too big. If you have excess soil/big pot, the extra soil should be pulled away leaving only about an inch or two surrounding the rootball.
