This looks like a fungus to me, what are you thoughts everyone? I've never had to deal with this one before, so i'm looking for advice. Assuming its a fungus, i've sprayed the trees twice a week for two weeks now with copper fungicide. What are your opinions on treatment? The diseases forms small brown spots under the leaves, and sometimes rings:
Any thoughts? The fungus seems to only be on the top of the tree, specifically the newest growth. I'm not sure if the copper spray worked or not...
