I moved to this house late last year. I have this tree in my backyard. I cared for it tenderly and it started to flower since April. But, I see no sign of any fruiting. Is there a problem with this tree please?

Perhaps it's a pollination issue. Check to see if Psidium g. needs cross-pollination or if hand-pollinaton may sometimes be required for good crops. The latter is the case for pineapple guava (Acca sellowiana).

Cross pollination is ideal with P. guajava; if you've only got one tree you'll need to hand-pollinate with some care and even then the sett isn't going to be outstanding. Best is to get a second bush/tree and let them cross.

Do I need another P. guajava to cross pollinate? Or, different type of guava?

I've always just used two P. guajava. The importance seems to be that the pollen be from a different specimen, not the tree itself.
