I have this Pygym for about 3 weeks, it seems getting worse day by day. All the new buds are turning black and dried. What I should do now? Please help me....

Hi hanl, Is it getting reflected sunlight off the white background, maybe a garage door? Would move it to a shadier area if so.

I will retake these pictures. I just placed it near by the garage door just for the background. Because it is still cold in Utah now (it was snowed a little bit yesterday), so It still in my garage.

Has your poor plant been hit by the frost?

I think it has been hit by the frost. I ordered it from California, and it took 2 days to get to my place. It might been frosted overnight during the delivery. Here are new pictures.

Looks like it will survive, is it 'Sharp's Pygmy' or another one ?

It is a Sharp's Pygmy. I have moved it outside since the temp is getting warmer now. I will give more update later. Thanks :)
