This plant was found on Rufner Mt. in Birmingham, AL. Does anyone happen to know the common and scientific name of it?

    Thanks,

Compare with Camassia scillioides to see if that's it.

Camassia scillioides, one of our few eastern US true bulbs.

Very choice and worthy of cultivation.
