My ming aralia is seeming to grow a whole lot more on one side.. so i turned it the other way as shown in the pic... Will that be the best solution?

Well, if the plant was growing more on the side facing the Sun, it's a natural response. Creating leaves on the darker sides will not help the plant as much as it would making leaves facing the sunl. This also might suggest the plant isn't getting enough light, is the window facing South, or can it go outside? Hope it goes well.

the ming aralia as shown above is now heavily wilting all the leaves and everything are still green just heavily wilted i think that maybe i overwatered a lil and it just needs to dry because i do remember now that mings like to be moderately dry.
