Yesterday I bought an orchid sold as 'amabilis' in Korea. But somebody told me that it is not a P. amabillis, since real P. amabillis has more pointed petals.

Is my orchid P. amabilis? If not, then what cultivar/species is it?

I think it is phal. amabilis. There many variation of flower of phal. I'm in Indonesia. almost every island have phal. amabilis with their own character. There a little difference in every island. I have seen phal. amabilis from papua with twisted petals. there is phal. amabilis from sulawesi with violet colour on back side. Please visit www.phals.net
