I am looking for an "Orchid Lights" Azalea from the "Northern Lights" series from the University of Minnesota. If anyone has seen this variety at a garden centre/nursery in the lower mainland please let me know. I will be driving out next summer and I'm willing to go out of my way to get this. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried talking to Eagle Lake Nurseries in Strathmore or to Parklands in Sylvan Lake?

if not then try Gardenworks on the Lougheed Highway in Burnaby. I have seen the Northern Lights series there.

Just to confirm the previous post... I bought this Azalea from the Gardenworks nursery on the North Shore earlier this year so I'm guessing it's something that's fairly widely stocked.

Thanks Lower Mainland Friends. You saved me from a lot of phoning around on a limited time garden centre blitz when I'm out your way.
