I am studying horticulture and my question is:
Is the ranunculus acris a self-pollination flower or a cross-pollination flower.

Largely cross-pollinated, by various short-tongued insects.

PS genus names take capitals Ranunculus acris, your horticulture examiner will expect that :-)

Does someone know: how does "ranunculus acris' attract pollinators?
I think it is the shiny yellow leaves.
