    Probably true firs (Abies), pretty hard to tell. China has many species of these. Not all are generally understood. In a place like Sichuan intact forests will have huge complexes of species unlike we are used to in glaciated areas.

    I'd agree, probably Abies. Species in that area include A. fargesii and A. recurvata.
