I've got a bunch more "weed" flowers - what I thought were weeds but held off removing in case I was wrong. (I was wrong.)

    Here's what I've got -
The first picture is a massive plant. The stem is about the width of my wrist. The first picture is of the flowers and the second it's leaves.

The second picture is pretty blue flowers. They're very tall - about a meter high.

The third picture is some ground cover plants. There are quite a few patches of them throughout the property.

As always your answers and insights are wonderfully welcomed.

    1,2 - Borago officinalis
    3 - Centaurea sp.
    4 - Alliaria petiolata

I have two more plants that I tried searching for, but have come up empty handed. Had I been quicker with the camera, I would of captured a bee in the picture.

Edit: Added two more pictures of a grass.

Last two pics are a sedge, probably Cyperus esculentus. Often considered an invasive weed, though it is also a food plant with edible nut-like tubers.

MichaelF - you're right. I did some web searches on pictures. I'll keep an eye on them should they become unruly and wish to be more then a border plant.

Thank you again for your help Lila Pereszke.

    Cheers!
