I have a few rose cuttings that just grew roots. They are in plastic pots right now (indoor).
Should I move them outside and plant them in my garden for the coming winter?
Vancouver is not too cold, but I worry that they are too weak to stay outside.

I would wait till it is warmer again. When that time comes I would harden them off in a sheltered spot out side and then after a couple of weeks plant them out.

I could put them out here to over winter as it is not too cold in winter average 10c - 14c. Hotter these days.
