    That'll be a challenge then. Will you be able to get additional photos? A better one of the flowers (and one showing inside the flower), maybe one of the mature bark, and one of the leaves (especially how the leaves attach to the stem). The leaves look somewhat clustered here (which I associated with rose family), but it would be good to confirm that.

    Are they white flowers? Was it tangles up in a small tree or is that part of shrub? Looks sort of like the flowers on my quince maybe a type of Japonica

    I think it is likely Philadelphus, mock orange.
