    Possibly Hypoestes phyllastachya, Polkadot Plant?

    Yes nice little plant. I don't know what the climate is like in LV, but I would keep them in a pot, because over here it is a bit of a weed if put in the outdoor garden, but I am sub tropical though...

    yes, polka dot plant. needs consistent moist soil and indirect light. can easily get leggy, so pinch back new growth every so often to cause it to stay bushy.
