You'll be much further ahead in terms of time, fruit quality, and marketability of your grape production if you start with named varieties. First decide between wine grapes, table grapes, or jelly/juice grapes. Once decided, you've got to choose named varieties that are suited to growing in your area & that are in demand.

Startup infrastructure costs rank. 1. wine grapes, 2. table grapes, 3. juice grapes.
Customer quality demands rank. 1. wine grapes, 2. table grapes, 3. juice grapes
Operating costs. 1. wine grapes, 2. table grapes, 3. juice grapes
Selling price rank. 1. wine grapes, 2. table grapes, 3. juice grapes
Easiest to grow rank. 1. juice grapes, 2. table grapes, 3. wine grapes

Viticulture is a well established Agricultural Science and you'll be competing with experts....lots of homework will be required.

Even if you decide to stick with Concord grapes and do this as a hobby, choose named varieties, your fruit quality and yields will be better than seed grown Concords.

I would suggest you check out this supplier. I have many times purchased vines from this source. I grow grapes in Colorado. I agree with smivies, that seeds are certainly not a method you will be successful with. - Millet

Grapes are very easy to propagate--just bury a bit of an unruly stem for a summer and transplant the next spring.
