Dwarf Sunflower plants or seeds

Could anyone tell me where I might find dwarf sunflowers, either potted or seeds, in Vancouver. They are my girlfriends favourite plant and I would like to surprise her with one we can grow on the balcony.

I am a nature lover. I love to plant more trees where I can find the place in all my relative's homes. I plant one type of sunflower tree in my garden I try this one also. I have indoor garden also. I plant all different types of plants in my garden. I know it by google only. I find this forum this has a lot of information this really helps me to know all the information about trees.
