I told my hubby I wanted an Orchid in a pot not a corsage(which is what I got first) He did eventually get me one for my birthday. I thought it would bloom just once then die because of course I didn't know any thing about it. To my surprize it bloomed for a good two months then began to grow a new leaf. I was looking at it one day this winter and a new stem was shooting out . Now that I have had it for one whole year it is blomming again. Now that I know it is not hard to grow them I am looking forward to getting another. Just wanted to share my story with someone to let them know how easy they are to enjoy.
