What are all the trendils that are coming out of the tree all about..? they look kinda of creepy to me..LOL! They are really long! Should i prune them back now? the tree only bloomed once a few years ago..and only one bloom.
I am new to the board, (today!) but i could take a picture of it tomorrow and post it or put a link to the picture so you could see what i am talking about...

Prune the tendrils off. They are just the vine heritage of the tree trying to produce new growth - they are un-needed & un-wanted.

Since it's only bloomed once, it also sounds like yours needs some hard pruning. Try searching the forum for further information.
