We just moved here from Ontario and purchased a property with what I think is a windmill palm, after the snow this past winter the fans went brown. I removed them and fertilized with 20 20 20 . Some new fans started to come out of teh top but have slaowed right down and the tips are browningSomeone suggested to us that it might be rotting and upon examination it doesn't ook too good, although there is still some green on the fans trying to get out the top. Help is there anything I can do. As I said the tree is about 10 years old and 8 feet tall so I sure don't want to lose it. Thanks Liz
