I hear that the fruit is very nutritious. Does anybody have any experience with it and/or recipes?
I heard that it is supposed to be lemon-flavored. I didn't get that scent or taste when I tried a piece. Any ideas?

    Oops.
I just found that I have fruit from smooth sumac, not staghorn. Can I use it the same as staghorn?

    Thank you. :)

I will have to check for flavor first. I would love to make some Indian lemonade. That would be really different for my friends.
