Hi! I have a ponytail palm planted outside in an elevated planter. I discovered what appeared to be bad scale? Damage. I removed the brown leaves, the branch where most bugs were seen and several others. I'm down to two branches.. one seems limp and hollow other seems ok... Should I remove limp one? Leave the last single one? How can I check for additional damage? I'm devastated.
